This website presents information about Zamaira Hospitality, a business brand operated by MKDM Enterprises LLC. References to "Zamaira," "we," "us" or "our" on this website refer to that business operation. Materials on this website describe our hotel OTA revenue recovery, revenue and rate management, and distribution services for general informational purposes. Viewing the website, requesting a consultation or receiving an initial response does not by itself create a client relationship, authorize access to a hotel system or establish a binding service commitment.

Pricing, recovery fees and proposals

Published monthly service prices are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Any reference to a 25% OTA recovery success fee applies only to qualifying, verified recovered funds or savings as defined in the parties' executed agreement. Eligibility, the definition and timing of savings or recoveries, fees, payment terms, scope, implementation responsibilities and any promotional offers must be agreed in writing. An inquiry or initial review does not guarantee an offer or acceptance of an engagement.

No guaranteed outcomes

Hotel performance and recovery decisions depend on third-party policies, available records, demand, market conditions, brand rules, technology systems and other circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular recovery amount, revenue growth, occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR) or operating result.

Client authorization and third parties

Services involving a hotel property-management system, online travel agency (OTA), payment or franchise platform require appropriate authorization from the hotel owner or authorized representative and must respect applicable system rules. References to Expedia, Booking.com, hotel brands and other third parties are descriptive; they do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Use this website for lawful business purposes only. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, misuse the inquiry form or submit false information. Please do not submit guest records, passwords, payment-card numbers or other sensitive credentials through the general contact form.
